Formal Garden

Situated in Putney, the scale of this garden was surprising for the area. It allows for a very comfortable modern contemporary formal family garden. The linear design with the use of hedges and edging really optimises the space, whilst adding aesthetically pleasing structure.

The lawn gets plenty of natural sun light making it always appear lush and green. Planting was designed to offer year-round interest. The large York stone terrace offers a lovely entertaining space and serves as a great addition to the handsome house. This was a very rewarding project to work on. The previous garden had been there for many years and was very overgrown. The space now feels orderly and well maintained. The garden was beautifully designed by Nicola Lesbirel who we continue to work with very regularly. We do carry out fortnightly garden maintenance visits to make sure it stays in top condition.
