This project was a complete re-build of a garden working alongside the house being totally renovated. The garden was designed by Claire Mee and it really does create a stunning effect now completed. The highest quality materials and workmanship give this garden the feeling of effortless style. It has amazing colours and textures from both the hard and soft landscaping that give it a very luxurious feel as soon as you see it. It was tremendous fun to build and we are so pleased with the results as are the clients and the designer. The project was very varied with a number of different elements that needed careful consideration to get just right. This called for very careful quoting, ordering and constructing. The bespoke pergolas, swing, fencing and terraces all work together to form a magical space. There are some lovely existing mature trees in the garden which we worked carefully around. These give the garden a very instant effect. The trees are a lovely feature which the deign cleverly works around so the old and new work really well together. It is also a very beautiful garden by night. HG Landscapes were delighted to win a BALI (British Association Landscape Industry) National 2021 Award for this garden!
